Requirements:
- HS/AS Degree
- General Chemistry Technique knowledge

- Perform routine wet chemistry (Titration, Specific gravity,
pH, Viscosity)
- Perform routine facility monitoring: record temperatures,
change charts, check scales, pipettes, thermometers, fire
extinguishers, eye wash.
- Perform special assignments as needed: Viscosity study,
Stability testing, Incoming component and chemical sampling
& inspection, Assist in sample prep for Chemist.

Mystery Shopping is all about finding out
what customers really think of a particular service. It is recognized
by our clients as a valid way of evaluating the performance
of their staff and the service their customers receive. Shoppers
who work on our behalf as 'normal customers' evaluate in an
objective manner a particular service, or service process against
a number of predetermined service standards. Shoppers document
their findings by way of a questionnaire and then report via
the Internet. As well as answering specific objective questions
on the service they receive, shoppers may be asked for their
personal subjective viewpoint. This can help to capture the
whole experience and give a rounded picture of the treatment
a typical customer is likely to receive.
I have easy retail shops available. This is a retail store that
carries men's and women's clothing, specializing in quality
casual and business casual clothing, accessories, shoes and
travel gear. You must interact with an associate, make a small
purchase and try something on in the fitting room at the apparel
locations.
You are required to spend 35 minutes in the store. There is
a simple online form to fill out that is only 15 yes/no questions
with short commentary at the end. The pay is $8 with a reimbursement
up to $5. You must have a PayPal account as this is how payment
will be made.
