LYA PROGRAM REVIEW July 2005 - June 2006 |

| The Busy Bee Learning Center - Our New Preschool - 8:00AM - 4:00PM (preschool structured activities). 6:30AM - 5:30PM (available time for care at no additional cost for before and after our preschool). Licensed through the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. New IBM KidSmart Computer Center, Listening Center for Speech Skills, Group Activities, Art, Kindergarten Readiness Skills, preschool Aerobics, Lee Library Day and more! For children going to Headstart or Preschool at the Lee Elementary School, the bus picks up and drops off here for before and after care. LYA staff members will put children on the bus and meet them when it returns. $28/full-day (5 hours and more), $15/half-day (under 5 hours) | ||
| Wake-Up Program - We open at 6:30AM for this great program that helps parents who need to get to work early. We provide homework help, crafts, games and more. THe School Bus will pick your child up at the LYA at 8:20AM. A staff member walks all children to the bus and waits until the bus leaves. $4.00/hour | ||
| After School K-2 - 3:20PM - 5:30PM - Licensed through the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. The School Bus drops the children off right in front of the LYA and a staff member greets the children at the bus. The program consists of snacks, drink, crafts, games, free play, art and more. $8.00/afternoon | ||
| After School 3rd & 4th - 3:20PM - 5:30PM - Snacks, drinks, games, crafts, homework help, movie day, pool, air hockey, computers and more. The bus stops right outside of the LYA at 3:20PM. $6.00/afternoon | ||
| After School 5th & 6th - 3:20PM - 5:00PM - Snacks, drinks, games, crafts, homework help, movie day, pool, air hockey, computers and more. The bus stops right outside of the LYA at 3:20PM. $3.00/afternoon | ||
| Parent/Child Play Group - 10:00AM - 11:30AM, M & W - Fun for parents and their children, crafts and free play - newborn to preschool. What a great way to meet other parents of young children!!! $2.00/day | ||
| Teens - After School Drop In - 2:30PM bus drops the teens off here from the high school - snacks, conversation, pool, basketball - free, Weekend Dances - Once a month - Friday evening 7:00PM - 10:00PM - Grades 5th and up - $6.00, Weekend Outings - Every weekend - Friday evenings (LYA van is used for transportation) - mall, movies, etc. | ||
| Summer Adventures Day Camp - June, July and August, 9:00AM - 4:00PM (structured camp activities) 6:30AM - 5:30PM (Available time for care for before and after camp at no additional cost) Field Trips, Crafts, Theme Weeks, Hiking, Swimming and more. $35/day, $140/week | ||
| Park and Rec Program - 9:00AM - 3:00PM, June, July, August - Games, Crafts, Sports and More. $4.00/day - 4th grade and under, $3.00/day - 5th and 6th grade, $1.00/day - 7th and 8th grade, free for 9th grade and up. | ||
| Athletics - November - March - K-2 Biddy Basketball, 3rd-8th Girls and Boys Basketball Leagues - $35/child, $60/2 children, $70/family, March - May - Gymnastics, Boys and Girls Grades K-8 - $70.00/child, $50.00 for each additional child per family, April - June - Biddy Baseball - Boys and Girls Grades K-2 - $25.00/child | ||
